2. What is DIFFICIL-S®?DIFFICIL-S® is a powerful 2 part disinfectant/cleaner for use on surfaces, equipment and utensils to aid in the control of cross-contamination.3. Why is DIFFICIL-S® a two part system?because of the product's highly reactive nature DIFFICIL-S® is presented as a two pack system to ensure stability during storage.4. What is the dilution rate?DIFFICIL-S® dilution rate is 1:400. Adding one red and one blue sachet to 10 liters of water achieves this rate.5. Does the use of hard water reduce the products efficacy?NO, DIFFICIL-S® incorporates a chemical mechanism to protect the system when the product is prepared with hard water.6. How long does the solution last?For best results use the solution within 24 hours. However the shelf life of the product can be extended to 10 days by sealing the solution in an airtight dispenser - such as the DIFFICIL-S®10L dispenser.7. How should the product be stored?Store in a cool dry place below 25C. Do not store with acids or combustible materials.8. What should I do if I spill the solution on myself?Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. If you do spill the solution on yourself rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. |
