Clinimax Ltd – Infection Control Products, easy to use

A 1:400 dilution of DIFFICIL-S® was prepared and various materials immersed in the solution for a period of 24 hours to check their compatibility:-

Carpets

Testing was undertaken on polypropylene carpets using DIFFICIL-S® on the EQUINOX, INFINITY and NEW GENERATION range of carpets from danfloor Uk Ltd. DIFFICIL-S® was found to be compatible with these carpets.

As a precaution, always test a small section of carpet in an inconspicuous area with DIFFICIL-S® prior to treating the entire carpet. Please follow the carpet manufacturer's guidelines regarding the use of cleaning agents. Clinimax Ltd cannot accept responsibility or liability for cosmetic damage to carpets.

Mattresses

DIFFICIL-S® has successfully completed testing with a leading mattress fabric manufacturer, Dartex Coatings Ltd, to show a non-deleterious effect on the mattress fabric and with no rinsing required after application.

In addition, DIFFICIL-S® was found to be non-cytotoxic in tests carried out by an independent laboratory.

Metal equipment/utensils

DIFFICIL-S® has a near-neutral pH which makes it non-corrosive on metal equipment and utensils and will not produce 'pitting'.
